I’m a NY state licensed psychologist, currently offering telehealth therapy to treat those experiencing insomnia, anxiety, or depression. I use a cognitive-behavioral perspective, together with a deep sense of compassion for the struggles of the body, the mind, and the spirit. My specialty area is sleep and sleep disorders, including cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). CBT-I is recommended as the first-line treatment for adults with chronic insomnia by the American College of Physicians.
